Our 26-Point Furnace Maintenance Service
Your home furnace maintenance includes:
- Check and adjust thermostat levels.
- Check for all safety controls and wire connections.
- Cleaning and inspection of all burners and the burner compartment.
- Perform a visual inspection of the heat exchanger.
- Check and clean the thermocouple or flame sensor.
- Check and clean the igniter, spark electrode and pilot.
- Check and replace filters.
- Remove and clean the blower, test run the capacitor for performance benchmarks.
- Adjust dampers for heating/cooling mode.
