You came to see us later on the same day, and after inspecting our 30 year old furnace made recommendations as to the type of new furnace you felt would address our needs.
I know this was an extremely busy time for you and I appreciate the fact you were able to install the new furnace, air cleaner and humidifier within 48 hours. I was out of town on business the day your crew arrived and my wife commented to me how professional and courteous your staff were. I am writing this letter purely to commend you and your staff in the excellent manner with which you conduct business.
Yesterday my wife called your company because we needed service to our central air conditioning unit. Needless to say, we kept our fingers crossed tightly that we would be able to see a service person within the same day, given what must surely be an extreme workload these days of very hot weather. Your very pleasant receptionist told my wife that someone would be out to our house between 2pm – 4pm and sure enough, Adrian was punctual. In speaking with Adrian I got a good feeling that here was someone who was not only very pleasant but also took his time to explain the condition of our A/C unit. He really portrayed himself as someone who is enthusiastic about his job and who cares very much about the customer.
I know how difficult it is to find the right people and get them to buy into a corporate culture that aims to achieve overall excellence when it comes to customer satisfaction.
