Terms & Conditions for the We Care & Xtra Care Plans

1. Prices may vary depending upon accessibility to the equipment.
2. All equipment to be covered under contract is subject to inspection and must be in proper working condition prior to the contract being in effect. This work is extra to the contract price.
3. Accessories can only be covered in conjunction with at least one piece of major equipment.
4. All contracts run for a one year period and begin on the 15th of that month.
5. Xtra Care Protection Plans include a Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare Planned Maintenance Agreement on selected equipment.
6. Xtra Care Protection Plans must include annual maintenance on central air conditioners and/or central heating systems.
7. All contract prices listed are subject to GST.
8. Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare reserves the right to reduce plan type or cancel coverage upon written notification to the customer.
9. Additional filter changes and tune-ups are available and can be added to any plan.

Xtra Care Protection Plan Coverages: There is no charge for parts or labour, including emergency overtime service.

Note: All service calls are subject to a diagnostic charge.

Exclusions:

1. Heat Exchangers and Furnace Cabinets
2. Compressors and Refrigerant Leaks
3. Thermostats
4. Furnace Venting and/or Chimney Liners
5. Evaporator Coils
6. Condensate Pumps
7. Sanuvox Bulbs
8. Replacement of Complete System
9. All systems infrastructure beyond the equipment including but not limited to:
   • Ductwork, diffusers and grilles
   • Piping, valves and radiators
   • Wiring, switches, breakers and fuses
   • Air Balancing
     

Note: Protection Plans do not include equipment repairs due to acts of God, fire, flooding, freezing, or destruction or damage from any cause whatsoever, except as a direct result of normal equipment operation.
