Plan Coverage

  1. Discounts on Purchases of Replacement Equipment
    Your We Care Maintenance and / or Xtra-Care Protection Plans earn you a discount of 5% on new equipment that you purchase and have installed by Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare.
  2. Annual Inspection & Written Tune-up Report
  3. Guaranteed Service Appointment
    We Care Maintenance and Xtra-Care Protection Plan holders have top priority when they need service. When you call with a problem you get a guaranteed appointment.
  4. Repair Protections
    All repairs are performed promptly as follows:
    • We Care Maintenance Plan: Repairs are discounted 20%. There is no extra charge for emergency overtime service.
    • Xtra-Care Protection Plan: There is no charge for parts or labour, including emergency overtime service.
    *All service calls are subject to a diagnostic charge.

Exclusions

  1. Heat Exchangers and Furnace Cabinets
  2. Compressors and Refrigerant Leaks
  3. Thermostats
  4. Hydronic System Leaks
  5. Furnace Venting and/or Chimney Liners
  6. Evaporator Coils
  7. Condensate Pumps
  8. Sanuvox Bulbs
  9. All system infrastructure beyond the equipment including but not limited to:
    • Ductwork, diffusers and grilles
    • Piping, valves and radiators
    • Wiring, switches, breakers and fuses
    • Air Balancing
  10. Replacement of Complete System

Terms & Conditions

  1. To maintain the validity of this agreement the customer must:
    • (a) Operate the equipment according to its manufacturer’s instructions.
    • (b) Move anything that has to be moved to facilitate the work of Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare personnel.
    • (c) Employ only Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare personnel or those authorized by said company to work on the equipment.
    • (d) Promptly notify Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare of anything that happens to affect the equipment’s working conditions.
  2. Any material and work in addition to that promised by this agreement will be furnished only on the customer’s authorization and will be charged to the customer.
  3. All equipment to be covered under the Xtra-Care Protection Plan is subject to inspection and must be in proper working condition prior to the contract being in effect.
  4. Accessories can only be covered in conjunction with at least one (1) piece of major equipment.
  5. XTRA-CARE PROTECTION Plans include a Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare maintenance inspection on selected equipment.
  6. NOT COVERED: Repairs necessitated by factors beyond the control of Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare, ie: future changes in industry standards and/or government regulations and codes; damage caused by Acts of God – lightning, fire, pipes freezing, floods; acts of vandalism; damage by animals.
  7. This agreement will be automatically renewed upon expiration of plan.
  8. Service may not be rendered under this agreement when the customer has a past due account.
  9. Woodbridge GTA ClimateCare has the right to deem this agreement invalid if payment is not received prior to renewal date.
