HEPA Filtration Systems

Engineer explaining the benefits of HEPA filtration to a customer

Amaircare HEPA filters are made of fine borosilicate fibres that are pressed together to form a net-like structure with openings large enough for air to pass through but too small for most particulates. The filters are made in sheets which are pleated to achieve maximum surface area. Amaircare also uses activated carbon filters to remove V.O.C.s (gases) and odours. The filters contain the highest amount of carbon possible to ensure efficiency and maximum use.

Three Stage Filtration

STAGE 1: Pre-filter - Removes large particulates and odours.

STAGE 2: HEPA filter - 99.97% efficient @ 0.3 microns. Removes dust, pollen, bacteria, animal dander, attached viruses, cigarette smoke, radon daughters and more.

STAGE 3: V.O.C. filter - Removes hazardous chemicals from cleaners, paints, solvents, carpets, furniture and other items containing synthetic materials.
